Spektrum supports apex purchasers and their defence ecosystem with specialised services in cyber, C3 and information management. The NATO NCIA program demands high-performance teams to deploy, configure and support COTS applications, AI tools and enterprise systems for end-user environments.

The role covers incident management, knowledge-base upkeep, and collaboration with service delivery and vendor teams in a hybrid work setting at NATO-related facilities.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of end-user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones)
• Expert knowledge of Linux/Windows server infrastructures
• Active Directory and identity management experience
• Cloud technologies on AWS/Azure
• Experience with COTS apps (IIS/Jboss/Tomcat) and integration

Responsabilités

• Deploy and manage server applications on Windows/Linux
• Integrate apps with identity providers
• Support client app deployment on workstations
• Gather metrics and KPIs for operations
• Monitor and support CIS NBAC environments
• Manage EntraID groups and roles
• Configure diverse Cloud components
• AI-based deployment, configuration and support
• Provide 2nd/3rd line end-user support
• Log incidents and follow SLA targets
• Contribute to knowledge base and change requests
• Support security approvals and accreditation
