GE HealthCare seeks an experienced engineer to lead iRT software implementation across Europe. You will work with customers to document site workflows, data flows, and connectivity, guiding onboarding and collaboration with service, commercial, and product teams to ensure a seamless experience.

You will drive interoperable IT interfaces, automate integration tasks, and support updates under subscription contracts. Travel up to 25% internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Experienced engineer with STEM majors and strong customer project management skills.
• Experience supporting workflow implementation, onboarding, installation, or deployment.
• Knowledge of data mapping, interfaces, and IT connectivity.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-sales and post-sales customer implementation activities.
• Document site-specific workflows, data flows, and connectivity requirements.
• Coordinate with service, commercial, and product teams for onboarding.
• Provide cross-functional leadership during onboarding and implementation.
• Improve customer success by documenting and delivering workflows and connectivity.
