Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of independent, on-site monitoring experience as a CRA.
• Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements.
• Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with site investigators.

Responsabilités

• Perform site monitoring visits and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, and case report form completion.
• Create documentation regarding site management and monitoring findings.

Connaissances

Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English

Organizational and problem-solving skills

Interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

Independent on-site monitoring experience

Formation

University degree in scientific discipline or health care
