IQVIA Belgium is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (Junior–Senior) to join our Sponsor dedicated team. You will gain experience across therapeutic areas and build a meaningful career within our organization.

Based in Belgium, you will perform site visits, support recruitment planning, and ensure regulatory compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines. You will collaborate with site staff and client representatives to contribute to project success.

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific discipline or health care.
• Experience in pharma industry or clinical trials environment.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English; Belgium-based.
• Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver's license class B.

Responsabilités

• Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits.
• Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan.
• Evaluating site practices for regulatory compliance (GCP/ICH).
• Tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion and data queries.
• Collaborating with study site experts and client representatives.
