Ergomed Group is seeking a part-time Senior Clinical Research Associate (0.5 FTE) in Belgium with remote or on-site monitoring capabilities. The role covers Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, and Close-Out visits, with travel across Belgium and potential work in the Netherlands and France.

Ideal candidates hold a Life Sciences degree and are fluent in French, Flemish and English, with extensive phase 2/3 monitoring experience in oncology or rare diseases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent education/experience.
• Fluency in French, Flemish and English.
• Extensive on-site monitoring experience in phase 2/3 trials, preferably oncology or rare disease.
• Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site or remote Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, and Close-Out monitoring visits to ensure sites are adequate.
• Verify investigators have required qualifications, resources, and facilities for the study.

We are looking for a part-time CRA in Belgium - to cover also NL and potentially France.

• Performs on-site or remote Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, and Close-Out monitoring visit activities to ensure that facilities and staff at the investigational site continue to be adequate for the conduct of the study
• Identifies the investigators and verifiesthat the investigator has adequate qualifications,resources, facilities, equipment and staff toconduct the clinical study throughout the study period.
• Trains investigational site staff as necessary
  • College/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience
  • Fluency in French, Flemish and English
  • Extensive on-site monitoring experience in phase 2/3 trials, ideally with experience of complex trials in oncology or rare disease
  • Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
  • Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel
