As a Senior Claims Manager, you’ll be responsible for the meticulous management of national and international claims files. You’ll optimize processes, collaborate with various stakeholders, and use your analytical skills to gain valuable insights. With excellent language skills in Dutch, French, and English, and an affinity for digital solutions, you’ll make a real difference. • Has extensive experience managing and processing claims for businesses, with a specialization in property and casualty insurance.
• Has a solid understanding of insurance coverage and strong knowledge of effective methods for handling claims.
• Has a thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, procedures, and guidelines, and can draw on experience with disputes and legal matters.
• Is fluent in Dutch, French, and English, ensuring smooth communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Is familiar with the principles and techniques related to loss provisions and financial reserves.
• Possesses strong organizational skills, can work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Has a team-oriented mindset, a positive work attitude, and is motivated to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Has experience with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, and is familiar with digital tools for case and claims management.
• Has an affinity for innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence and data analysis, to support processes and make them more efficient.
