Landskill is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive digital onboarding initiatives and ensure MiFID regulatory compliance. You will work in an Agile setting, collaborating closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear specifications.

The role requires strong English and French communication, with Belgium as the location and a hybrid work model (onsite 2 days/week). Relocation support and professional development are offered.

Project Scope: Focus on digital onboarding and tools ensuring regulatory compliance (MiFID). Work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with business teams.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in functional analysis roles (requirements gathering, functional specifications, documentation of business flows and progress).
• Experience in analyzing business processes and monitoring metrics.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira and/or Confluence.

Requirements & Logistics:

• Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
• Location: Belgium (Hybrid).
• Work Model: Mandatory on-site presence 2 days per week in Belgium.
