Loop Earplugs is seeking a senior graphic designer to translate briefs into visual directions that scale across paid social, CRM, web, marketplaces, and retail. You’ll define typography, colour, layout, motion, and design principles, then build guidelines and toolkits for internal teams and external partners.

You’ll also step into high‑impact projects beyond campaigns, from packaging and retail POS to launch identities and collaborations, shaping the brand with craft and systems thinking.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in ecommerce or consumer brands.
• Portfolio showing campaigns from concept through to execution.
• Strong art direction and visual system thinking.
• Proficient in typography, layout, color, and storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Turn briefs into strong visual concepts and scalable design systems.
• Shape launch identities and typography, color, layout and motion.
• Design for partnerships, blending brand identities.
• Create templates and toolkits for internal and external teams.
• Contribute to packaging and retail design when required.
• Participate in design reviews with a focus on craft and detail.
• Leverage AI in creative exploration while preserving human judgment.
