Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Biostatistician based in the EU to lead statistical activities across multiple studies, providing expert support from protocol through CSR. The role involves mentorship of biostatistics staff and collaboration with sponsors to ensure high-quality analyses.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in biostatistics or related discipline – Master degree (minimum).
• Integrated analysis experience – hands-on with IASAP and TLF specifications, planning/coordinating analyses.
• Proficiency in programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Leads projects across multiple studies or programs; acts as sponsor contact for biostatistics activities.
• Directs activities of biostatistics personnel; reviews work for quality and timeliness.
• Supports all statistical tasks from protocol to CSR; prepares SAPs and mock-up displays.
