Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Biostatistician to lead projects across multiple studies, serving as the primary sponsor contact for biostatistics and providing external statistical consultancy throughout study design and protocol development.

You will mentor biostatisticians, develop SAPs, oversee biomarker statistics, and ensure quality and regulatory readiness across the full lifecycle of clinical trials.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of biomarker evaluation, particularly in Oncology, ctDNA data, relevant parameters, and underlying biology.
• Proficiency in R programming.
• Ability to apply extensive knowledge of statistical design, analysis, regulatory guidelines, and programming techniques used in clinical research.
• Experience across all statistical tasks required to support clinical trials throughout the lifecycle.
• Experience with regulatory submissions preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Leads projects across multiple studies or programs and acts as primary contact with sponsor for biostatistics.
• Provides external statistical consultancy for sponsor companies and supports protocol development.
• Mentors biostatisticians and oversees training plans or materials.
• Prepares Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and creates mock-up displays for tables, listings, and figures.
• Reviews CRFs, database design, and documentation to ensure data capture supports planned analyses.
• Manages timelines and coordinates statistical activities to meet milestones.
