QbD Group is hiring an Experienced Back-end Developer to drive the backend of a medical device SaaS platform. This remote role spans across the EU time zones, with strong autonomy and a modern stack including Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of backend experience, ideally in a SaaS product.
• Strong Java/Spring Boot expertise; primary tool for coding.
• Solid experience designing and consuming REST APIs and working with relational DBs (MySQL).
• Code quality and testing are priorities; maintainable production code matters.
• Comfortable owning a new codebase and making architectural decisions.
• Familiar with AWS, CI/CD, and containerized environments (Docker, Jenkins).
• Active use of AI coding assistants; design and review remains essential; avoid hallucinations.
