The role requires 10+ years of experience as a BA, with strong knowledge of settlement workflows, capital markets, and asset-management contexts. You will translate complex business needs into actionable requirements for delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in post-trade, settlement operations, or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of settlement workflows, matching, confirmations, and exception handling.
• Experience in capital-markets or asset-management environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering and business analysis activities.
• Proficiency in use case modelling, process-flow documentation, entity-relationship modelling, and functional specification writing.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex business processes clearly to both business and technical audiences.
