Job summary

ictjob.be’s client, a European Life Sciences & Healthcare organisation, seeks a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams as it modernises core applications and accelerates its cloud journey.

As part of a large transformation, you will lead workshops, define requirements, map current and future processes, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives across several workstreams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, senior business analyst with ability to bridge business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand current-state processes and system landscapes.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops across multiple departments.
• Analyse and document complex business processes, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop current-state and future-state process MAPS.
• Define and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.
• Work closely with solution architects, developers, project managers and integration teams throughout project delivery.
• Support cloud migration and application transformation initiatives.
• Conduct gap analyses between legacy systems and future-state solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making workshops.
• Support testing activities including UAT planning, execution and defect management.
• Track requirements through implementation to ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business and technology functions.
