Equal Plus Consulting seeks a Senior Cloud Center of Excellence Azure Platform Engineer to join a hybrid team in Belgium or Czech Republic. The role is 60% on-site with flexible travel and remote work partial.

You will own governance, landing zones, Terraform modules and Azure policy, collaborating with application teams on scale, security and automation. Day-to-day you’ll resolve platform issues, design and implement cloud patterns, and contribute to Terraform Enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in cloud platform engineering or infrastructure engineering within a governed enterprise.
• Experience operating an Azure landing zone at scale and supporting real application teams.
• Production experience with Terraform Enterprise/Cloud, including module authorship and CI/CD integration.
• Familiarity with Azure Verified Modules and module lifecycle practices.
• CI/CD pipelines for cloud platforms (Azure DevOps preferred) and scripting for automation.

Responsabilités

• Act as second‑line escalation for Azure platform issues and write root-cause analyses.
• Maintain and improve landing zones, archetypes, Azure Policy, and governance tagging standards.
• Build, version and maintain Terraform modules; review consumer changes and AVM replacements.
• Handle IAM tickets and cleanup of legacy access; support DNS/connectivity in hybrid env.
• Maintain PowerShell automation scripts and contribute to Terraform Enterprise workshops.
