Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in production environments with fully automated assembly lines.
• Strong knowledge of process control tools such as 6S.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze existing production processes to implement improvements and resolve issues.
• Optimize production systems focusing on OEE, quality, and yield.
• Define and safeguard process standards, including monitoring.

Process expertise

Six Sigma certification (minimum Green Belt)

Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis

Excellent communication skills

Project management skills

Affinity with PLCs, robotics, cobots

Formation

Master’s degree in Electromechanics or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
