RSM Belgium is seeking an ambitious, bi-lingual FR/ENG Audit Manager in Zaventem. You will lead an experienced audit team, advise national and international clients, and become a direct partner in growing our consulting practice.

You bring at least 5 years of external audit experience, are a registered Auditor, and hold an Accounting & Audit major. Independent work with strong teamwork and client focus will help you progress in our international network.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial university degree with Belgian Accounting and Audit major.
• Registered Auditor with external audit experience.
• Minimum 5 years of external audit experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Coaching and supervising audit team serving mid-sized SMEs and international clients.
• Providing technical audit support including performance assessments.
• Managing complex engagements with tailor-made client advice.
• Client relationship management including reporting and budget follow-up.
• Collaborating with senior leadership and contributing to advisory projects.
