What You'll Do

As a Senior Associate at BCG, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborative teams, identifying, developing, and implementing solutions for client challenges. You’ll embark on a journey of exploration and innovation, pushing the boundaries to drive impactful change. As part of the BCG Brussels Consulting staff, you will be a core member of our Brussels office working alongside some of the world’s top minds in strategy management consulting. You will advise clients on executive level across industries and topics supporting them to improve or transform their businesses and achieve excellence.
