Engibex, a Belgian engineering consulting firm, seeks a senior ASIC testing consultant to define work packages with the Project Manager, and to coordinate with test houses and customers on qualification and ramp plans.

You will set up ASIC test solutions, discuss volume ramp characterization, and organize production with yield improvement and packaging options, working closely with clients and test houses. English fluency and hands-on tester experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronics, with >5 years in ASIC testing.
• Experience with ASIC qualification (HTOL, HAST, TC, ESD, LU).
• Pro-active, customer focused; project-based experience; good English.

Responsabilités

• Define and plan work packages in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Set up ASIC test solution with the test house.
• Discuss prototype-to-production volume ramp and characterization with the customer.
• Organize volume production and propose yield improvement and packaging options with customer/test house.
