SNCB seeks an Application Owner – Railways Operations for Stations to bridge business stakeholders, operational teams and IT delivery. You will own the lifecycle of critical applications for real estate, facilities, telemetry IoT platforms, and energy management, ensuring reliability and regulatory alignment.

You will define the roadmap, prioritize enhancements and incidents, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to maintain availability and security in a safety‑critical railway

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
• Experience as Application Owner, Product Owner, or Application Manager.
• Knowledge of mission-critical systems in complex environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and ITIL-based methodologies.
• Experience with EMS/SCADA or operational control systems.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end applications in production related to real estate, facilities, telemetry platforms, or energy management.
• Define and maintain the application roadmap with operational, safety, and regulatory constraints.
• Prioritize enhancements, incidents, and technical improvements with stakeholders.
• Ensure availability, performance monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors/nearshore teams and manage licenses and certifications.
