Koda Tech in Leuven, Belgium, is seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our hybrid team. You will design, build and maintain native Android apps using Kotlin, collaborating with engineers to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

You will own projects from requirements through release, contribute to architecture, integrate with enterprise backends, and leverage Firebase for analytics and messaging.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Android development with Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK and modern development practices.
• Experience with Coroutines, Flow and Jetpack components.
• Experience implementing MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Familiarity with Dependency Injection frameworks.
• 3+ years integrating RESTful APIs and local storage.
• 5+ years Firebase services including Crashlytics, Analytics and Push.
• Strong problem-solving and user-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android development practices.
• Build intuitive, scalable mobile solutions that streamline processes and improve UX.
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions for secure, maintainable solutions.
• Integrate mobile apps with enterprise backend systems and APIs.
• Utilize Firebase services for analytics, crash reporting, monitoring and messaging.
• Take ownership of projects across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and support.
• Stay up to date with mobile technologies and contribute to future platform strategy, including potential iOS and cross‑platform expansion.
