NextSDS - Franz BV in Ghent is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take full ownership of their product. You will be responsible for shipping features to clients weekly, engaging directly with founders and clients to enhance the product.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of full-stack experience, a strong command of TypeScript, and familiarity with AI coding tools. This position offers meaningful equity as the first hire at a seed-stage startup working to streamline chemical safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Fluent in AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
• Strong TypeScript skills for both frontend and backend.

Responsabilités

• Own the client-facing application end-to-end.
• Ship features weekly for HSE and regulatory teams.
• Engage directly with clients to gather feedback.
