Job summary

Genesys is seeking an AI Architect to design end-to-end AI systems for customer experience use cases. You will architect production-ready AI solutions using LLMs, deterministic workflows, and orchestration layers, across self-service, agent copilot, and journey management.

You will optimize RAG, knowledge architectures, and ensure AI outputs align with trusted data sources while balancing latency, cost, and governance. This role emphasizes real-time data, context management, and scalable design.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing modern AI solutions for CX orchestration.
• Ability to balance latency, cost, governance, and multilingual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI systems for customer experience use cases.
• Architect production-ready AI solutions with LLMs, workflows, and orchestration layers.
• Define AI interactions across the journey including fallback strategies and human handoff.
• Optimize retrieval-augmented generation and ground AI responses in enterprise data.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and success metrics for AI-driven experiences.
