Axis Group - HR Advisor in Brussels seeks a Senior Actuary to advise pension funds and large organisations on actuarial management, funding plans, SIP, ALM, and regulatory implications. You will act as the primary client contact, perform IFRS/IAS calculations, and deliver high-quality analyses while supporting M&A and regulatory guidance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Actuarial Science or comparable field.
• 6–10 years of actuarial experience, preferably in consulting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to convey ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Actively participate in projects for pension funds and large companies.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage pension fund actuarial work (assessments, reports, recommendations, monitoring).
• Perform IFRS/IAS calculations and reporting.
• Provide analysis of client-specific changes and document processes.
