A Senior Accountant is sought by Austin Bright Belgium to reinforce the accounting team within a high-volume, multi-site operation in the logistics sector. You will ensure accuracy and reliability of accounts across several entities and sites.

In this role you will participate in monthly and annual closings, monitor and analyse operational costs (transportation, fuel, subcontracting) and drive process improvements to speed and quality of reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in general accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Fluent in French, English and Dutch.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage high transaction volumes.
• Team player who collaborates with operational stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage general accounting across multiple entities/sites.
• Participate in monthly and annual closings.
• Monitor and analyse operational costs (transportation, fuel, subcontracting) and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Perform bank and accounting reconciliations.
• Collaborate with operational teams for reliable financial information.
• Improve accounting processes to speed execution.
