Sander Brussels is seeking a Senior Consolidation Accountant to own IFRS consolidation across multiple international entities. You will lead IFRS reporting, coordinate intercompany eliminations, and support statutory audits across Belgium, the UK, Poland, and the US.

The role offers a hybrid work model and exposure to a fast-growing international tech environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in group consolidation, ACCA/CPA or equivalent, strong IT and ERP experience, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• 3–5 years post-qualification experience in group consolidation in an international multi-entity environment
• ACCA/CPA or equivalent, or a relevant Master’s degree, with experience supporting statutory and group audits
• Highly IT-minded with advanced Excel and experience with ERP and consolidation tools
• Experience in PE-backed, SaaS, life sciences or regulated environment is advantageous

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review IFRS-consolidated financial statements and disclosure notes
• Review the consolidated balance sheet and P&L and ensure a timely closing process
• Coordinate intercompany eliminations, FX translations and other consolidation adjustments
• Act as main Finance contact for statutory and group audits in Belgium, the UK, Poland and the US
• Improve closing and reporting processes using ERP, consolidation software, and AI-enabled tools

Join an international tech scale-up as Senior Accountant and take ownership of IFRS consolidation across multiple international entities. Are you looking for a senior accounting role where you can take full ownership of group consolidation, IFRS reporting and international audits? Our partner is a fast-growing international technology scale-up operating in a highly regulated environment. With entities across Europe and the United States, the company is continuing to professionalise and scale its Finance organisation. To strengthen its Finance team, the company is looking for an experienced Senior Consolidation Accountant who will report directly to the Financial Controller and become a key reference for consolidated financial reporting across the Group.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review IFRS-compliant consolidated financial statements and disclosure notes
• Review the consolidated Balance Sheet and P&L and ensure an accurate and timely closing process
• Coordinate intercompany eliminations, FX translations and other consolidation adjustments
• Act as the main Finance contact for statutory and Group audits across Belgium, the UK, Poland and the US

Qualifications

• You have 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Group Consolidation within an international, multi-entity environment and strong technical knowledge of IFRS
• You hold an accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent, or a relevant Master's degree, and have experience supporting statutory and Group audits
• You are highly IT-minded, with advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite or another ERP and consolidation tools
• Experience in a PE-backed, SaaS, life sciences or regulated environment is an advantage.
