Magic Media is seeking a Senior 3D Generalist to create high-quality models and textures for video games. You will push concept designs, collaborate with designers, and help define pipelines while mentoring junior artists. Experience across multiple titles, proficiency in 3Ds Max, Maya, Blender, and RT rendering is essential.

Strong communication and time management are required. The role offers permanent remote work, joining an international group with diverse pipelines and projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across multiple games.
• Proficient in 3D packages: 3Ds Max, Maya, Blender.
• Strong illumination and RT rendering skills.
• Some tech knowledge in engines like Unity and Unreal.
• Ability to lead or assist team members and work with customers.

Responsabilités

• Generate high quality models (hard surface and organic) and textures from concepts and photos.
• Interpret and push concept designs to the next level, bringing new ideas.
• Collaborate with designers to meet gameplay and art direction needs.
• Develop techniques with the art team to enhance visual quality.
• Mentor junior environment artists and provide guidance.
