Accent Jobs for People NV in Zeebrugge is seeking a semi-automatic welder for shipyard and maritime constructions. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00, based at the depot with outdoor working under varying weather conditions.

You will weld using electrode and semi-automatic techniques, read technical plans, and collaborate with colleagues to complete challenging repairs and builds. A category B driving license is required for travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrode welding and semi-automatic welding.
• Experience with build-up welding.
• Available for day work.
• Willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Category B driving license for travel between depots.

Responsibilities

• Performing welding work with electrode welding technique and/or semi-automatic welding on ships and maritime constructions
• Reading and interpreting technical plans and welding instructions
• Working together with colleagues to bring challenging repair and construction projects to a successful completion
• A full-time job from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:00

• Your salary is negotiable and will be between €16.74 and €19/hour

Requirements

• You have relevant experience with electrode welding and semi-automatic welding.
• You have experience with build-up welding and not only with flat welding work.
• You are available for day work.
• You are willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• You have a category B driving license for travel from the depot to different locations.
