LanceSoft Europe in Belgium seeks a Senior Privacy & Information Security Expert to lead privacy programs in accordance with GDPR and Belgian law. The role requires DPO certification, 8+ years in privacy and security, and hands-on ISO27001/27002/ISO27701 experience.

The candidate should have deep data governance know-how, DPIA skills, and the ability to draft security/privacy contracts with providers and customers. Fluent English, Dutch, and French at CEFR C1 are expected.

Qualifications

• Must-have DPO certification and corporate privacy management.
• 8+ years as legal/privacy expert in privacy and information security.
• 8+ years as Security Consultant in data, infrastructure, or applications.
• Experience in data governance including cloud environments.
• Experience implementing ISO27001/27002/ISO27701.
• Experience drafting contracts on information security/privacy with providers and customers.
• Experience in DPIAs and risk assessments.
• Experience with records of processing activities and DPAs.
• Knowledge of Information Security Management (ISO2700x) and Belgian GDPR.

• The candidate holds a Master's degree in Law – Must-have
