Vivid Resourcing partners with a large textiles business to recruit a Scrum Master for two distributed teams operating across borders, where AI agents participate in planning, coding, and testing.

You will guide agile practices, adapt ceremonies for AI-driven workflows, facilitate backlog clarity, and build trust between teams while pushing continuous improvement in a fast-changing environment near Bruges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and agentic tooling.
• Capability to adapt agile practices for distributed teams across time zones.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies across two distributed teams.
• Re-think rituals for AI-driven, continuous work rhythms.
• Guide estimation, velocity, and done criteria in AI context.
• Support developers transitioning to defining intent and reviewing agent output.
• Remove blockers including permissions, infra limits, and spec quality issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to write clear, testable backlog items.
• Track delivery with meaningful metrics beyond story points.
• Foster trust and shared practices between country-based teams.
