Expleo Group in Belgium is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach the squad and support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and sprint planning.

You will track velocity and delivery progress, remove impediments, foster collaboration with stakeholders and external providers, and help the team advance Agile maturity in a flexible homeworking environment. This role requires at least 3 years of experience and Payments domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as Squad Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of agile reporting and tools (e.g. Rally).
• Sound knowledge of software development methodology.
• Sound knowledge of project management methodology.
• Delivery experience in complex environments.
• Knowledge of Payments domain is a differentiator.
• Knowledge of agile methods (Kanban) and techniques.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholders.
• Good team player; stress resistant; proactive.
• Looks beyond day-to-day objectives to align with IT strategy.

Responsabilités

• Ensure proper application of Agile methodology within the squad.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog follow‑up and sprint preparation.
• Guide the squad in delivering Sprint commitments and Definition of Done.
• Track team capacity, velocity, and delivery progress.
• Act as Servant Leader, coaching and supporting the squad in continuous improvement.
• Identify, manage, and remove squad impediments, risks, and issues.
• Protect the team from external interruptions and ensure focus on value delivery.
• Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Contribute to squad strategy alignment and overall Agile maturity.
