Aerospacelab is seeking a Satellite V&V Test Engineer to own functional verification and validation of satellite subsystems. You will write Python test procedures from project requirements and execute them on flatsat and flight models, becoming the subsystem expert and contributing to early production stages.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field, Python experience, strong communication, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• Experience in Python and test automation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Become the V&V expert for assigned satellite subsystems and understand interfaces.
• Translate requirements into Python test specifications and procedures.
• Define GSE requirements for FAL and FS testing.
• Write and execute test procedures on flatsat, QM and PFM.
• Validate subsystem interfaces and cross-cutting validation topics.
• Support early satellite production and occasional Megafactory work.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of V&V knowledge.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure testability and traceability.
