Job summary

Satellit in Belgium seeks a Senior Python developer to join a global energy management team. You design backend services for asset onboarding, contracts, and market operations, and build APIs and data pipelines for integration with internal and external data systems.

You will implement real-time data ingestion using MQTT and RabbitMQ, model and optimize PostgreSQL data, and leverage AWS (RDS, S3, IAM, Lambda, ECS) and Docker in scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Python development experience.
• Experience designing backend services and data pipelines.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Python backend services for asset onboarding, contract management, and market operations.
• Develop APIs and data pipelines to integrate applications with internal and external data systems.
