Job summary

Capgemini Belgium, Diegem, seeks an SAP Test Manager to lead SAP testing across transformation programs, ensuring quality and reliability.

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, coordinate business, IT and project stakeholders, translate requirements into test plans, and manage risks.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree and SAP testing expertise are required; certifications such as ISTQB/SAFe/SAP are assets; a hybrid working model is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as SAP Test Manager in transformation programs.
• Strong ability to coordinate teams and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of SAP testing disciplines and governance.
• Certifications such as ISTQB Test Manager, TMAP, SAP, Agile Testing, Scrum or SAFe are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP testing teams and coordinate business, IT and project stakeholders to ensure successful test delivery.
• Own the end-to-end SAP testing lifecycle: strategy, planning, preparation, execution, defect management, reporting and QA.
• Translate business requirements into structured SAP testing approaches, plans and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate testing risks and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Establish testing governance, metrics, dashboards and stakeholder communication throughout the program.
• Manage testing activities from strategy through go-live readiness and hypercare support.
