Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in designing/implementing SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
• Experience in integrating SAP HR solutions.
• Open to travel for project assignments.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate client process walkthroughs.
• Determine business requirements.
• Support configuration, testing, training, and change management.

Proven SAP SuccessFactors experience

SAP HCM experience

Excellent interpersonal skills

Analytical skills

Fluency in English

Fluency in Dutch and/or French

Formation

Master’s degree or equivalent

Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules
