In4Matic is seeking a Senior SAP Specialist to lead and contribute to large SAP PP and MES projects within a digital manufacturing transformation. The role involves close collaboration with SAP specialists, implementation teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex manufacturing needs into scalable SAP solutions that align with clean core principles.

You will design and optimize SAP PP/MES solutions, support MES integration with SAP processes, and participate in change management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP PP and MES experience.
• Proven MES implementations on top of SAP PP (e.g., SAP MII).
• Knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing.
• SAP PP certification.
• Experience with change management methods such as ADKAR and SAP Activate.
• Knowledge of Asset Management in rail, mobility, or asset-intensive environments is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent Dutch, French and English; C-level proficiency in Dutch or French and at least B2 in the other languages.

We’re looking for a Senior SAP Specialist with strong expertise in Production Planning and Manufacturing Execution to join our client’s digital manufacturing transformation. In this role, you’ll work closely with SAP specialists, implementation teams, and business stakeholders to shape and implement solutions that connect SAP with shopfloor operations. You’ll play a key role in translating complex manufacturing requirements into scalable, practical solutions while keeping a strong focus on clean core principles.

Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to large-scale SAP implementations with a focus on SAP PP and MES solutions.
• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing solutions built around SAP PP and SAP Digital Manufacturing.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand manufacturing processes and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Support the integration of MES capabilities with SAP-based production processes.
• Ensure proposed solutions follow clean core principles and align with SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and internal SAP teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Contribute to change management activities using approaches such as ADKAR and SAP Activate.
• Analyze complex functional challenges and proactively identify practical and sustainable solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Maintain a clear overview of dependencies, priorities, risks, and deliverables within the implementation.

Profile

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience managing or contributing to large SAP implementations, with a strong focus on SAP PP and MES. You combine deep functional knowledge with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and are comfortable operating in complex transformation environments.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP PP and MES implementations.
• Proven experience implementing MES solutions on top of SAP PP, such as SAP MII or comparable technologies.
• Functional knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing.
• SAP PP certification.
• Experience with change management methodologies such as ADKAR and SAP Activate.
• Experience with Asset Management in a rail, mobility, or comparable asset-intensive environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of MRO processes and refurbishment of line-replaceable units is a strong plus.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Dutch, French, and English: C-level proficiency in Dutch or French and at least B2 in the other languages.
• Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a structured and solution-oriented approach.
