BMT is a family-owned international group in high-precision manufacturing, driving digital transformation with SAP S/4HANA. We are seeking an SAP Specialist Finance to design, optimize, and support financial processes across our global organization.

You will translate business needs into SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, configure and test FI/CO processes including Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Accounting, and Asset Accounting, and collaborate with cross-country teams for end-to-end integration

• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance knowledge.
• Experience with SAP implementation and support.
• Includes FIT-GAP analysis.
• Includes functional specifications.
• Testing & UAT.
• Understanding of integration with MM, SD and Project Systems.

Responsabilités

• Translate business needs into SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.

• Lead and support testing, deployment, cutover, and data migration activities.
• Train business users and enable successful adoption.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

Imagine starting your day with a workshop to understand new Finance requirements from business stakeholders. A few hours later, you're configuring SAP S/4HANA Finance processes, collaborating with colleagues across different countries, and helping ensure seamless integration with Sales, Purchasing, and Project Systems.

As our SAP Specialist Finance, you will:

Translate business needs into effective SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions

Configure and optimize Finance processes including:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Bank Accounting
• Asset Accounting

Lead and support testing, deployment, cutover, and data migration activities

Train business users and enable successful adoption

Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve business processes

Work alongside SAP specialists from MM, SD, PS, EWM and other domains to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions across the organization.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance knowledge

Experience with SAP implementation and support activities, including:

• FIT-GAP analysis
• Functional specifications
• Testing & UAT

Understanding of integration with MM, SD and Project Systems

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience working within a Finance department

Experience in an international, multi-site environment.
