Yolk Recruitment Ltd is searching for an experienced SAP PS Consultant to join our Brussels delivery team. The role offers a permanent contract with hybrid working, relocation support, and visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.

You will lead SAP PS workstreams, gather requirements from stakeholders, configure SAP PS, and manage the full project lifecycle from design to go-live and hypercare. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

We are seeking an experienced SAP PS Consultant to join a growing SAP delivery team in Brussels. This is a permanent opportunity offering full relocation support and visa sponsorship for candidates based outside Belgium. The role is suited to a consultant with strong SAP Project Systems (PS) expertise who has been involved in at least one full lifecycle implementation and is looking to step into or continue within a Team Lead or Manager-level position. You will work closely with business stakeholders, lead project workstreams, and support SAP transformation programmes across multiple implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PS workstreams across implementation and transformation projects.
• Gather and analyse business requirements from key stakeholders.
• Configure and customise SAP PS solutions to meet business needs.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to go-live and hypercare support.
• Provide functional expertise and best practice guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants and project team members.

• Support testing, training, deployment and change management activities.

Required Experience

Essential

• Strong experience as an SAP PS Consultant.
• Minimum of one full end-to-end SAP implementation project.
• Experience across the full SAP project lifecycle.
• Hands-on SAP PS configuration experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and business-facing consulting skills.
• Experience leading teams, workstreams or projects.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Brussels.

Desirable

• Experience leading larger SAP delivery teams.
• Exposure to multiple SAP implementations.
• Previous consulting background.
• SAP S/4HANA project experience.
• Engineering, manufacturing, utilities, construction or project-based industry experience.
• Additional European languages.
