ENTICO ICT is seeking a Functional Analyst located in Sint-Agatha-Berchem, Belgium, to support a Supply Chain transformation program that involves ERP (SAP) and logistics systems. The role demands expertise in business process analysis and strong experience in supply chain processes. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams. Fluency in English, and good knowledge of Dutch or French is mandatory. This is a 12-month hybrid role with the potential for extension.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in Supply Chain or ERP environments.
• Proven experience with end‑to‑end Supply Chain processes.
• Experience in ERP or logistics system implementation/integration projects.

Responsabilités

• Support the Program Manager in ensuring successful delivery of Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
• Gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Coordinate functional testing including test scenarios and defect follow‑up.
