Itproposal is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Suite Consultant to support a major migration project migrating interfaces from SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI). You will analyse existing integrations, design migrated interfaces, test and validate them, and provide post-migration support.

The role combines technical integration expertise with collaboration across technical and functional teams to ensure reliable data exchange and secure processes.

Qualifications

Master's degree in CS, Engineering or IT with strong IT knowledge.
Hands-on experience with SAP CPI and SAP PI/PO.
Experience migrating interfaces to SAP BTP CPI.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with technical and functional teams.

Location: Brussels, Belgium
Work Model: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite per week

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Suite Consultant to support a major integration project involving the migration of interfaces from SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).

The consultant will be responsible for analysing existing integrations, designing and implementing migrated interfaces, testing and validating integrations, and supporting the environment after migration.

The role combines technical integration expertise with collaboration across technical and functional teams to ensure reliable, secure, and seamless data exchange.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and document existing SAP PI/PO interfaces.
Identify required modifications and adaptations for migration to SAP CPI.
Assess architectural differences between SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to define integration requirements.
Design, implement, and migrate interfaces from SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
Perform comprehensive testing of migrated interfaces.
Execute end-to-end tests to ensure critical business processes continue to operate correctly.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues during testing and migration.
Document interface modifications, configurations, and integration flows.
Establish and promote best practices for SAP CPI flow management.
Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal technical and operational teams.
Provide post-migration support and resolve incidents related to SAP CPI interfaces.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
Strong knowledge of SAP PI/PO.
Experience configuring SAP PI/PO interfaces, message handling, data transformations, and integration flows.
Experience with SAP BTP.
Practical experience migrating SAP PI/PO interfaces to SAP CPI.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments.
Understanding of integration architecture and interface design.
Experience with testing and troubleshooting integration interfaces.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders.
Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills.
