Sibelga seeks a SAP Functional Analyst WM/EWM to join its Digital Business Solutions team in Brussels on a hybrid arrangement. You will work across maintenance and project changes, analyze requests and estimate workload while ensuring service continuity and deploying approved adaptations.

Deep SAP WM/EWM expertise, ABAP debugging, and inventory/warehousing experience are essential, with additional EWM/MM/PM and S/4 HANA Stock Room Management knowledge valued.

SAP Functional Analyst WM / eWM - Sibelga

Dates: 2026-11-02 — 2028-10-31

Arrangements: 100% work regime; hybrid working with up to 2 remote days per week and minimum 3 days per week on-site; laptop provided by Sibelga.

Sibelga’s Digital Business Solutions department supports the company’s business activities by providing autonomous IT that evolves with business needs and technology. Within the IT Service Management, Transition & ERP unit, the ERP team supports HR, Finance, Logistics and Purchasing. The team consists of around fifteen project managers, functional analysts and developers. The selected consultant will report directly to the ERP Team Manager.

The Technical / Functional Analyst SAP WM/EWM will work across maintenance and project changes. The role includes analyzing requests, estimating workload and cost, considering solution approaches and assessing impacts on existing systems. The analyst also makes adaptations or developments from established specifications and maintains reference documentation. Service continuity and maintainability are explicit responsibilities.

The consultant will develop test plans, supervise tests, control quality and ensure deployment, while also following up and resolving incidents and problems. The role requires deep SAP WM expertise, SAP configuration experience, ABAP/debugging knowledge and inventory and warehousing experience. Additional SAP EWM, MM, PM, data migration, modelling and S/4 HANA Stock Room Management experience are valued. The assignment is full-time and hybrid, with at least three on-site days per week in Brussels.
