Etex is seeking a SAP FICO Product Specialist in Belgium to translate business needs into SAP FICO solutions and optimize end-to-end finance processes. You will configure GL, AP, AR, AA, CO and contribute to S/4HANA rollouts, ensuring seamless integration with Supply Chain and other domains.

Ideal candidates bring several years of SAP FICO experience, strong finance process knowledge and the ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in SAP FICO.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and integration with other domains.

Responsabilités

• Translate business needs into functional SAP FICO solutions.
• Analyze and improve end-to-end finance processes.
• Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO).
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA rollouts (localization, template adoption).
• Ensure integration with adjacent domains (Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Supply Chain).
• Prepare and execute testing (unit testing, UAT).
• Deliver end-user training and support adoption & change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional SAP FICO solutions
• Analyze and improve end-to-end finance processes
• Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Controlling)
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA rollouts (fit-gap analysis, localization, template adoption)
• Ensure integration with other domains (e.g. Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
• Support incident resolution and provide expertise on complex finance issues
• Prepare and execute testing (unit testing, UAT)
• Document configurations, processes and functional specifications
• Deliver end-user training and support adoption & change management
• Support financial reporting design and optimization
• Work within the IT Delivery governance (intake, prioritization, delivery follow-up

Key Requirements

• Several years of experience in SAP FICO
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana
• Strong knowledge of finance processes
• Experience in SAP implementations or rollouts
• Proven customizing experience in SAP FICO
• Experience in an international and multi-entity environment
• Ability to interact effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SAP FICO configuration (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO)
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Integration knowledge with adjacent modules (MM, SD)
