In4Matic in Belgium seeks a skilled SAP Functional Analyst specializing in SAP EWM to support logistics and supply chain processes. You will provide functional analysis, incident investigation, and eventually coordinate the functional support activities across international locations.

Responsibilities include bridging business and IT, delivering knowledge sharing, QA, and continuous improvement, and acting as the main contact for business stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven SAP ERP analytics and functional support experience in logistics.
• Strong communication to bridge business and IT.

Responsabilités

• Provide second-line functional support for SAP logistics questions and incidents.
• Coordinate functional support activities and act as main contact between business, IT and partners.
• Develop documentation, training and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the support model.
