Whitehall Resources is seeking a SAP CDC/CRM Functional Lead on a hybrid basis in Belgium for a contract through December 2028. The role involves leading functional work for SAP CDC across B2C and B2B customer profiles, coordinating with the Integration Team and CRM leadership to deliver interfaces and achieve business goals.

You will translate business requirements into functional specifications, work with the project team, and contribute to governance and risk management within an agile

Qualifications

• Min 3y of hands-on experience in SAP CDC.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (CEFR C1).
• Min 3y of hands-on experience in SAP CRM.
• Strong analytical skills to translate requirements into specs and implementations.
• Hands-on experience with CDC topics including B2C/B2B Identity, UI Builder, APIs, Site creation, and governance.
• Experience with SAP CPI integrations and SAP CRM/S4HANA is a plus.
• Railway domain experience and familiarity with GDPR in SAP are advantageous.

SAP CDC/CRM Functional Lead

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP CDC/CRM Functional Lead on a hybrid basis based in Belgium for a contract up until December 2028

Job Spec:

You act as functional lead for several key engagements to further build out the capabilities of the SAP CDC application and its interfaces within the NMBS system landscape. This for both B2C and B2B Customers. As such, you will take the lead together with other functional consultants in the hands‑on implementation of key requirements, which you identify together with the business stakeholders. SAP CDC plays an important role for managing our online customer profiles, so you will also be involved in other projects that introduce requirements on SAP CDC. Note that SAP CDC is tightly integrated with other SAP & non‑SAP applications. You will be expected to work closely together with colleagues from the Integration Team to deliver and maintain the required interfaces. You will report to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Area Lead and will work closely with the SAP CDC CIAM Project Manager

Required Skills:

• Min 3y of hands‑on experience in SAP CDC
• The candidate communicates fluently in Dutch and English (spoken and written) at minimum CEFR level C1.
• Min 3y of hands‑on experience in SAP CRM
• Strong analytical skills to analyze functional requirements and translate these into functional specifications and technical implementations
• Hands‑on project experience on the following CDC topics:
• B2C Customer Identity & Access Management
• B2B Customer Identity & Access Management
• Identity Query Tool
• Screensets & UI Builder
• User management
• APIs & Sites creation
• Organization Workspace settings (Delegated user admin, Organization and Member attributes, Approval workflows …)
• Authorizations
• Master data management
• Integrations with both SAP and non‑SAP environments via SAP CPI
• Integration of SAP CDC with the Adobe platform as marketing tool is considering a plus. No (deep) Adobe knowledge is expected – this is handled by a separate team.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP CRM and/or SAP S/4HANA is considered a plus.
• Experience of GDPR processes in SAP, with inclusion of SAP CDC, is a plus.
• Experience of working in a railway context is considered a plus.
• Experience in ServiceNow and Jira is considered a plus.
• Strong experience and affinity with Agile way of working is a plus.
• Strength in building and reinforcing good governance, risk management and strong operational practices
• Enthusiastic team player able to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem solving mind, knowing how to separate main issues from side-issues and getting them solved quickly
