LanceSoft Europe seeks a Run-Lead Salesforce Field Service in Brussels. The role requires coordinating operational activities in a complex enterprise environment with a strong focus on Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and ITIL-aligned service management. On-site presence is mandatory for most activities.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively in English and either French or Dutch, demonstrates incident triage, backlog management, and strong analytical skills for solution-driven actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Support, Application Service Management or IT Operations.
• Proven coordination of operational activities within complex enterprise environments.
• Good understanding of IT Service Management principles (ITIL or equivalent).
• Experience in operation management of an application run (5 years) and in KPI monitoring.

Job Title: Run-Lead Salesforce Field service

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Minimum 3 days onsite (monday and tuesday mandatory))

Duration: 12 months contract

Rates: Open to market standards

Experience
