ONLY Brand House in Antwerp is seeking a Sales Support with commercial flair to be the first point of contact for wholesale customers, ensuring professional communication and smooth daily operations. You will provide administrative support to the sales team, help prepare the showroom, supply price lists, order statistics, labels and stock lists, and maintain mailing lists.

As a team player, you will connect Denmark, the sales team and the communications department while promoting the BESTSELLER

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for wholesale customers via phone and email.
• Assist sales colleagues with showroom preparation and provide price lists, order statistics, labels, stock lists, etc.
• Maintain mailing lists and address databases for communications.
• Act as the link between Denmark, the sales team and the communications department.
• Promote the BESTSELLER philosophy with a positive mindset and customer focus.

Je komt terecht in een jong, bruisend team bestaande uit enthousiastelingen die allemaal hetzelfde doel voor ogen hebben: het verder uitbouwen van het succes van BESTSELLER. In je functie als Sales Support werk je ook veel samen met de verschillende afdelingen.

What You Will Be Doing

Als Sales Support ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze wholesale klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de communicatie steeds op een professionele en correcte manier verloopt. Samen met je collega’s verzorg je het dagelijks reilen & zeilen van BESTSELLER. Je biedt daarnaast ook administratieve ondersteuning aan het sales team. Hierbij verzorg je onder andere de after sales service.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van verschillende merken binnen BESTSELLER, waardoor je met diverse collecties, klanten en sales teams in contact komt.

• Je ondersteunt wholesale klanten met vragen over orders, prijzen, leverings- en facturatieproblemen, credit nota, retours, direct, etc. dit gebeurt zowel telefonisch als per mail.
• Je helpt je salescollega’s bij het voorbereiden van de showroom en voorziet ze van prijslijsten, orderstatistieken, labels, stocklijsten, etc.
• Je onderhoudt contactlijsten voor mailings en adressenbestanden.
• Je bent de link tussen Denemarken, het sales team en de communicatieafdeling.
• Met je positieve mindset en klantvriendelijkheid, weerspiegel je de BETSELLER-filosofie naar klanten en collega’s.

• Klantvriendelijk. Je bent zeer service minded en vlot in omgang. Je hebt de nodige people skills om sterke connecties op te bouwen met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s.
• Multitasker pur sang. Je weet altijd het overzicht te bewaren en werkt gestructureerd.
• Taalskills. Les bonnes relations commencent par une communication fluide. Par conséquent, vous devez être capable de bien parler l'anglais, le français et le néerlandais.
• Office skills. Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office. Een goede kennis van Excel is hierbij onmisbaar.
• Hands-on. Je deinst niet terug voor uitdagingen en vindt in no time oplossing voor problemen die zich ad hoc stellen.
