What you will do

As a Sales Engineer, you will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to support the heating and refrigeration business. Your work will involve developing tailored technical solutions for clients, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey.

You will engage with clients to understand their heating and refrigeration needs, translate these into technical specifications, and design appropriate solutions. Your role bridges the gap between technical feasibility and commercial viability.

What we are looking for

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in heating and refrigeration systems
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, with a focus on heating and refrigeration technologies
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and proposals
• Commercial mindset with the ability to support sales processes
• Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in Dutch is essential; knowledge of French or English is an advantage

The setting

This assignment runs from late October until the end of December 2026, with the possibility of extension. You will be based in the Antwerp region. The working language is Dutch.
