Foot Locker zoekt in Oost-Vlaanderen een enthousiaste Sales Associate om klanten te begroeten en te adviseren, en zo een uitstekende winkelervaring te leveren. Je werkt samen met het team en draagt bij aan verkoopdoelstellingen en winkelprocedures.

Je hebt oog voor mode en sportkleding, bent communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en/of Engels, en past je aan aan drukte tijdens avonden en weekends. Een klantgerichte instelling en teamspirit zijn onmisbaar.

Qualifications

• 0-3 jaar ervaring in detailhandel.
• Vertrouwd zijn met klantcontact en het leveren van een elevateerde winkelervaring.
• Gemotiveerd zijn om sterke resultaten te behalen door interactie met klanten en producten.
• Initiatie nemen bij taken of activiteiten zonder toezicht.
• Beschikbaarheid ’s avonds, in het weekend en tijdens feestdagen.

Responsabilités

• Zorg voor hoge klanttevredenheid door deskundige productkennis en samenwerking met collega’s.
• Verkoop en uitstekende winkelervaring leveren en operationele verwachtingen naleven.
• Je persoonlijke en productiviteitsdoelen nastreven.
• Maak bij elke klant open vragen om behoeften te begrijpen.
• Leren en delen van productkennis en trends om aan klantbehoeften te voldoen.
• Houdt jezelf en het winkelassortiment up-to-date met huidige en komende trends.

Kwalificaties

• 0-3 year of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
