Carhartt WIP in Ghent is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and convey our brand stories in a busy retail setting. You will help customers, maintain store presentation and participate in daily store operations, ensuring policies are followed and the store looks its best.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer-service experience, are team-oriented, flexible and confident in communication.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible.
• Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
• Confidence, drive and enthusiasm.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English.
