Dr. Martens is seeking a flexible part-time Sales Assistant to join our Brussels store for 8 hours a week. We value bold, outgoing personalities who can turn passion for our products into memorable customer experiences and help shoppers find exactly what they’re looking for.

Our Sales Assistants are the heart of the store, handling till transactions, stocking, and following safety and operating procedures. If you’re a brand ambassador with a love for footwear and a flexible schedule, this role

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail within a fashion/footwear/lifestyle brand would be a bonus!
• Be a proud ambassador to our brand & culture, embodying what we stand for and encouraging others to do the same.
• An enthusiasm for Dr. Martens footwear and confidence to share this with our customers.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service and be confident to build rapport with customers.
• Be Professional, but also authentic and fearless!
• Flexibility in availability is essential - shifts may vary week to week so we will need flexibility to cover different days/times.

WHAT IS THE STORY? - SALES ASSISTANT - 8 UREN

We zijn op zoek naar flexibele parttime sales assistant om in onze Brussels winkel te komen werken voor 8 uur per week.

Onze verkopers zijn het hart en de ziel van onze winkelervaring. Zonder hen zouden we niets zijn. Onze Sales Assistants zetten hun passie voor ons product om in een echte klantervaring, zodat onze klanten altijd precies krijgen wat ze zoeken en onze winkels volledig tevreden verlaten. Als je van Dr.Martens houdt en een extraverte persoonlijkheid hebt, kan dit een geweldige rol voor jou zijn!

THE GIG

• Gebruik je passie voor Dr. Martens om ons product te verkopen en om de store sales targets te behalen.
• Laat je unieke persoonlijkheid zien en demonstreer deze in de klantervaring om een best-in-class customer experience te creëren.
• Lever persoonlijke kassatransacties naadloos af in overeenstemming met de operationele procedures.
• Volg de operationele procedures van de winkel op, bijv. levering, inventarisatie, aanvulling.
• Volg de H&S-procedures op om een gezonde, veilige en opgeruimde werkomgeving te behouden.
• Handel met empathie, wees teamgericht en ondersteun het winkelmanagementteam wanneer dat nodig is.
