Job summary

Noel Franklin seeks a proactive Sales Assistant to support the commercial function in prospecting, following up leads, and developing business in the Waasland area. You will work closely with the Sales Director and help build a robust client base from Sint-Gillis-Waas, with a clear path toward an Account Manager role.

You will identify potential customers, initiate conversations, and maintain structured follow-up to ensure opportunities are progressed.

De functie inhoud

Wat je gaat doen als Sales Assistant:

• Potentiële klanten identificeren en interessante commerciële opportuniteiten in kaart brengen.
• Nieuwe prospecten actief benaderen via telefoon en andere communicatiekanalen.
• Eerste commerciële gesprekken voeren en de behoeften en het potentieel van prospecten inschatten.
• Leads en prospecten gestructureerd opvolgen en zorgen dat commerciële acties niet blijven liggen.
• De Sales Director ondersteunen bij de verdere uitbouw van commerciële activiteiten.
• Afspraken en contactmomenten correct registreren en nauwgezet opvolgen.
• Relaties met potentiële en bestaande klanten verder helpen uitbouwen.
• Commerciële gesprekstechnieken inzetten om interesse te creëren en opportuniteiten verder te ontwikkelen.
• Je verdiepen in industriële filtratie en de technische dienstverlening van de organisatie.
• Steeds zelfstandiger commerciële verantwoordelijkheden opnemen naarmate jouw ervaring groeit.
• Op termijn een eigen klanten\- en prospectenportefeuille beheren met het oog op doorgroei naar Accountmanager.
